€25m Acquisition and CapEx Financing for a Prime Asset Portfolio in Paris

The asset, a 1,070 sqm fully refurbished mixed-use property with views over the Arc de Triomphe, was entirely owner-occupied.

The financing was structured to optimize both leverage and long-term debt visibility, while minimizing cost and maximizing residual value. SHIFT CAPITAL supported the sponsor throughout the entire transaction—from lender selection to closing.
